Effective from July 1, 2025, in accordance with Decree No. 148/2025/NĐ-CP, the authority for receiving medical device price declarations will be transferred to the Departments of Health of provinces and centrally governed cities.
The Department of Medical Infrastructure and Devices hereby announces the termination of receiving price declaration dossiers under Notification No. 638/TB-HTTB, and requests that enterprises submit their declarations to local health authorities in compliance with current legal regulations.
